Device Pitstop was officially welcomed into the Chamber family December 7th with a ribbon cutting.
The store joined the Chamber in July 2016, well before the doors were even opened.
“We wanted to build a relationship with our community and fellow merchants in the area,” Jason Gaines said. “The Chamber is clearly an integral part of the Glendale community and we want to be a part of this vibrant area.”
Device Pitstop is a one-stop shop for all electronic needs. They buy, sell, repair, trade and upgrade laptops, desktops, cell phones and tablets.
“Unlike other companies that limit services to either phones or computers, we have experienced technicians able to repair both,” Gaines said. “ We also buy and sell devices and accessories. We are truly your one stop device shop.”
At Device Pitstop, “reusing computers and various parts is the smartest way to recycle.” The company started in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2003, and has grown to now ten franchise locations, two of which are here in the Denver area.
The store lowered prices on many of their laptops just for the holidays. They have laptops starting as low as $100 and desktops for as low as $59.99. Device Pitstop is also promoting $80 screen repairs on the iPhone 6 and all iPhone 5 models.
The new location on Colorado Boulevard has enjoyed being in Glendale, with a great location and even better clientele.
“We are extremely happy with our Glendale location,” Gaines said. “The clientele has been great and we look forward to being here for many years to come.”
It’s not just the location in Glendale that Gaines is happy with.
“The Chamber has been extremely welcoming,” Gaines said. “Several Chamber members have already reached out to us for various services and marketing opportunities. We had a great turnout for our Ribbon Cutting and everyone has made us feel like family.”
Gaines said he has been impressed with the communication at the Chamber, always keeping them informed about new and exciting opportunities and events in the area. And as they get more involved in the community and in the Chamber family, Gaines hopes to have a deeper connection with the area—a reason the store joined the Chamber in the first place.
